Municipal Law

We advise and represent both municipalities and private sector clients on a full range of municipal, and administrative law issues; everything from drafting  innovative municipal by-laws and complex agreement to advising on municipal liability, regulatory compliance, legislative conflicts. We also act as counsel to property standards and licensing appeal committees and tribunals. Our practice also encompasses work before the courts including applications before the Superior Court of Justice, appeals to The Court of Appeal and Divisional Court and judicial review of administrative and tribunal decisions.
