We advise and represent municipalities, conservation authorities and private sector clients on a full range of planning and development issues; everything from zoning to building codes, land use planning, development agreements, development charges, heritage designations, property assessment, subdivision and condominium processing and e-registration.

Our team regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal as well as municipal councils, and committees of adjustment. Our practice also encompasses work before the courts including appeals and judicial review of tribunal and other administrative decisions.
